CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

 

Our appointment booking terms and conditions and cancellation policy are outlined below, please read this information carefully!

Booking Terms


To secure your appointment you can ring me or make the appointment by email and provide a phone number where I can contact you to finalize the booking, or call 0477119855

A non -refundable deposit of $ 100  is required per treatment booked ,for all bookings, it will be deducted from the final cost owing on the day of the treatment. This is done with the use of a credit card (Mastercard or Visa), or at consultation   just contact me for the details.

Cancellation policy


Kindly provide us with 48 hours notice for your appointment, rescheduling of your appointment is subject to availability. A first appointment can take up to 2 to 3 hours depending on what you hare having done.

Any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Due to the amount of time involved in cosmetic tattooing treatments, only 1 change (postponement or cancellation) is possible to any appointment date and time. A first time appointment for one procedure can take a minimum of 2 hours  and a second appointment a minimum of 1 hour, so do appreciate the time involved in performing those treatments,since I do not rush my clients , and be considerate towards our salon and other clients.

No Showing 

​

Last minute cancellations will also be considered as No Show. This only applies if the appointment was cancelled or reschedules is 24 -48 hours in advance, depending on the treatment length. Deposits will be lost in the case of a Last Minute Cancellation / No Show. A “NO SHOW” appointment will result with the full price of the treatment booked charged to your credit card. Regrettably inconsiderate people making bookings, not cancelling them and not showing up on the date of the treatment have been disruptive to the running of the practice, as well as to other clients and have resulted in financial losses.
Should you wish to pay the balance of your treatment with cash, you can do so at the end of your treatment.

Please call or sms as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment.

When you book an appointment  by Monika Tarcy, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations within the time stipulated in our cancellation policy will allow us to attempt to schedule and service another client.

  • In the event that you need to reschedule,  your deposit with your appointment once before it is forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Cancellation must be made a working day in advance.

  • If you are to late for your appointment, it will have to be rescheduled if it is going to disrupt all other clients booked after you I reserve the right to refuse any client due to poor conduct or behavior

Guarantee​

​

Procedural and skin types vary, as does the level of aftercare taken by clients. The outcome of the procedure can be affected by this as well as by the symmetry of the facial features, the skin type and tone, underlying blood vessels etc. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the best possible result, we unfortunately cannot guarantee results. We will always do our best to rectify or adjust where deemed necessary to get the outcome that you desire.

Minors & Companions​

​

Cosmetic tattoo procedures require the full concentration of your technician . In the interest of you receiving her undivided attention, as well as hygiene and health & safety reasons, children and minors are not permitted in the studio during a procedure. They also unfortunately cannot be left unattended outside of the studio. We therefore request that you make suitable arrangements for off site childcare.

Unless by prior arrangement, companions or drivers are also not permitted in the studio during a procedure as it is distracting for both you and your technician. They will be asked to wait outside of the property.

We kindly ask that mobile phones and other portable devices do not use the entire duration of the appointment. Treatments can last up to 2 hours and these requests are made in order that you can fully relax and enjoy your treatment, whilst your technician gives you her best and undivided attention. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated!
